DHAKA, Sept 2, 2024 (BSS) - Bangladesh Armed Forces relentlessly are providing treatment to flood affected people through three field hospitals, 19 medical teams and one clinic.
A total of 9,857 people have received treatment from the field hospitals and clinic in the last 24 hours, said an ISPR release here today.
Medical teams of the armed forces have so far provided emergency treatment facilities to 42,113 people in flood affected areas. Besides, the forces are also distributing relief items among affected people, it said.
In the last 24 hours the armed forces rescued 48 flood affected people and distributed 52,525 packets of food items among affected people.
