DHAKA, Sept 3, 2024 (BSS) - President Mohammed Shahabuddin today extended
heartiest congratulations to the national cricket team of Bangladesh for its
historic Test series win against Pakistan.

In a congratulatory message, the President greeted the players, coaches and
staff of the national cricket team for their victory.
 
The visiting Bangladesh team completed a six-wicket win in the second Test in
Rawalpindi of Pakistan to complete a 2-0 clean sweep victory in the two-Test
series against Pakistan.

The trend of Bangladesh's victory would continue in future, the Head of the
State hoped.

President Shahabuddin also wished for the continued success of Bangladesh
team in the days to come.
