DHAKA, Sept 3, 2024 (BSS) - BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir today congratulated the national cricket team of Bangladesh for its historic Test series win against Pakistan.
 
In a press release, Fakhrul said Bangladesh team completed a six-wicket win in the second Test in Rawalpindi of Pakistan to complete a 2-0 clean sweep victory in the two-Test series against Pakistan.
 
"I am impressed as the Bangladesh national cricket team has been capable of achieving respect all over the world," he said.
 
 Bangladesh national cricket team will go ahead through win and it will be able to brighten the face of the country in the future, he added.
 
Fakhrul also greeted the players, coaches and staff of the national cricket team for their victory.
