DHAKA, Sept 13, 2024 (BSS) - Around 1,000 flood-affected people received free healthcare services at a medical camp on Bhuiyar Hat High School premises at Kabirhat upazila in Noakhali district today.

"A 21-member team, including six doctors, of Proshanti Hospital and Diagnostic Ltd provided medical support to about 1,000 flood-hit people throughout the day," said Saimum Islam, an official of the hospital.

People living in the area came to the physicians with various types of complications regarding neonatal, ENT and skin and received health support from the physicians, said a press release.

Thirty volunteers came forward to provide assistance to the doctors.
