DHAKA, Sept 19, 2024 (BSS)- As part of ongoing reshuffle in the prison of Bangladesh, the government today sent four district jail superintendents to forced retirement.

The retirement has been given in public interest under the provision of Government Service Rules 2018.

The jail supers are- Md Bazlur Rashid Akon of Manikganj District Jail, Md Mokhlesur Rahman of Tangail District Jail, Md Nesar Alam of Habiganj District Jail and Suvash Kumar Ghosh of Shariatpur District Jail.

An official notification signed by the Senior Secretary of the Security Services Division of the Ministry of Home Affairs said the retired jail supers would get all retirement benefits.
