DHAKA, Sept 29, 2024 (BSS) - The Dhaka University (DU) authorities have formed a 4-member fact finding committee to identify those involved in the violent incidents took place on the campus between July 15 and August 5.

The body was formed today so that the university authorities can take action against the people involved in such incidents, according to a DU release.   

Headed by DU Law Faculty Acting Dean Prof Dr Muhammad Ekramul Haque, the committee also included Nadia Newaz Rimi of Management Department, DU Assistant Proctor Shehreen Amin Bhuiyan and Deputy Registrar (Investigation) Sheikh Ayub Ali.

The committee has been asked to submit their report within 30 working days, said the release.
