DHAKA, Oct 23, 2024 (BSS) - LGRD and Cooperatives and Land Adviser A. F.  Hassan Ariff, who underwent an operation at a city hospital on October 16, is now doing official works of his ministries staying at the facility.

Ariff has started signing the documents of the ministries since he was shifted to the cabin on October 18 from the post operative facility following his surgery, a LGRD and Cooperatives ministry press release said.     

He was given the charge of LGRD and Cooperatives Ministry as its adviser, as the interim government was formed on August 8 , following the July-August, 2024 movement. 

Ariff, former attorney general of Bangladesh, was entrusted with the charge of Land Ministry on August 27.
