DHAKA, Oct 23, 2024 (BSS) – Disaster Management and Relief Adviser Faruk E Azam, Bir Protik today, on behalf of Chief Adviser Professor Dr Muhammad Yunus, received cheques of Taka 30 lakh for the flood victims at his ministry office here.

Among the institutions, Silver Line Group is one of them, said an official release.

The adviser thanked the individuals and organizations for standing by the flood victims.

So far, around Taka 96.84 crore was received as donations for the flood victims on behalf of the Chief Adviser's Relief and Welfare Fund, the release added.
