DHAKA, Oct 11, 2021 (BSS) - Rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary
gusty wind is likely to occur at one or two places over Khulna, Barishal and
Chattogram divisions, a met office release said today.

  Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere
over the country, it said.

  Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.

  The axis of monsoon runs through Bihar, West Bengal to Assam across central
part of Bangladesh.

  Monsoon is less active over Bangladesh and weak over North Bay.

  Country's maximum temperature on Sunday was recorded 36 degrees Celsius at
Tarash in Rajshahi division and minimum temperature today was 22 degrees
Celsius at Tetulia.

  Maximum rainfall for the last 24 hours till 6:00am today was recorded 36
millimeters (mm) at Kutubdia.

  Today's sunset at 5.36 PM and tomorrow's sunrise at 5.55 AM at Dhaka.
