DHAKA, Nov 7, 2024 (BSS) - Awami League former lawmaker from Jhenaidah-2 constituency Tahjib Alam Siddique was arrested on Thursday night from Nabinagar area, on the outskirts of the capital city Dhaka.
 
The Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) confirmed the matter in a short message.
 
Tahjib Alam Siddique was arrested in connection with three separate cases of vandalism, arson, explosive possession and murder with Jhenaidah Sadar Police Station on August 19, 24 and 27 last.
 
He will be produced before the court on Friday.
