DHAKA, Nov 15, 2024 (BSS) - A joint forces team of Bangladesh Army, Rapid Action Battallion (RAB) and Bangladesh Police today conducted a raid in Millat Camp area in Mirpur-11.

A total of 26 drug traders, including Md Hafiz, Md Rabbi Gazi, Md Karim, Rajia Begum, Mst Bizli and Dipa Akter, were detained in the raid and different quantities of ganja and heroin and sharp weapons were recovered from their possessions, an ISPR release said.

The detainees have many cases against them with Pallabi Police Station. 

They were handed over to concerned police station for further legal proceedings.
