RANGPUR, Nov 21, 2024 (BSS) - The 41-member new central executive committee
of Bibhagiyo Lekhok Parishad (BLP), Rangpur has been announced with cultural
figure Kazi Md Junnon as the President and writer Zakir Ahmed as the General
Secretary.
The organization's advisory council member, educationist and writer Professor
Dr. A. I. M. Musa announced the new central committee of BLP in a function
held at the Sahitya Parishad auditorium in the city on Wednesday night," a
press release said tonight.
Other members of the new executive committee are: Senior Vice-president- SM
Sathi Begum, Vice-president Rashidul Islam Chowdhury, Joint General
Secretary- Shariful Alam Apu, Organizing Secretary- Mustafiz Rahman, Joint
Organizing Secretary- Deepak Sarkar Topu, Literature and Publication
Secretary- Majnur Rahman, Assistant Literature and Publication Secretary-
Moqaddes-e-Rabbi, Finance Secretary- Laila Shirina, Publicity Secretary-
Farhaduzzaman Faruk, Assistant Publicity Secretary- Nur Mohammad, Information

"Members of the new committee will serve until December 2026. Earlier, the
district committees of the organization in all eight districts of Rangpur
division were reconstituted in October and November," the release added.
