SUNAMGANJ, Nov 21, 2024 (BSS) - Another case has been filed against former
Planning Minister MA Mannan and 48 others with Jagannathpur Thana of the
district.

Officer-in-Cahrge of Jagannathpur Thana Mohammad Moklesur Rahman Akand
confirmed.

Mirpur Union BNP President Abdur Noor filed the case on Tuesday night (Nov
19) as he instigated Awami League, Chhatra League and Jubo League men to
attacking Mirpur Union BNP office on the Jagannathpur-Sylhet road on 17
November.

Unnamed 25-30 people were also accused in the case. Earlier a case was filed
against the former Panning Minister MA Mannan and others on September 2. He
was granted bail in the case on 9 October this year.
