July uprising teaches us to stand up with self-esteem: Nahid

DHAKA, Nov 23, 2024 (BSS) - Information and Broadcasting Adviser Md Nahid Islam today said the government should work to reach the fruits of the July mass uprising at every doorstep.

“We hope that the expectation will be fulfilled for what everyone has carried out movement and gave their blood. The July uprising has taught us to stand up with self-esteem. With this confidence, we can build a new Bangladesh,” he said while addressing the closing ceremony of 11th GSC National Scientist Mania held at Government Science College here.

Urging all to remain alert, Nahid said ill efforts are going on to make the students controversial. Disputes and conflicts among the students are presenting them in a negative way before the countrymen, he added.
