DHAKA, Dec 15, 2024 (BSS) - British High Commissioner to Bangladesh Sarah Cooke called on Chief Adviser’s Special Envoy for International Affairs Lutfey Siddiqi at his office here today.

During the meeting, they discussed different areas of cooperation between the two countries.

Special Envoy Siddiqi thanked the envoy for the wide range of timely and relevant areas of assistance that the UK is currently providing to Interim Government of Bangladesh.

The areas of cooperation include technical assistance in the financial sector and convening relevant research in implementation of governance reforms.
