DHAKA, Dec 19, 2024 (BSS) - The Royal Thai Embassy in Dhaka has announced it 
will discontinue accepting applications for visa stickers starting December 
24 in preparation for the launch of a new e-Visa system.
In a statement, the embassy confirmed that applications for visa stickers 
submitted before December 24 will still be processed as usual.

Beginning January 2, 2025, all Thai visa applications must be submitted 
exclusively through the e-Visa portal at http://www.thaievisa.go.th.

The transition to the e-Visa system is intended to streamline and modernize 
the visa application process, offering greater convenience and efficiency for 
applicants.
