CHATTOGRAM, Dec 28, 2024 (BSS) - Nationalist Democratic Movement ( NDM) chairman Boby Hajjaj today blamed allies of ousted fascist regime of Sheikh Hasina for Bangladesh secretariat fire, saying the statements of AL and its escapee leader Jahangir Kabir Nanok’s facebook live narratives clearly indicated that they had been involved in the incident of arson.
Boby Hajjaj was speaking as chief guest at a workers’ meeting at the auditorium of Chittagong Metropolitan Union of Journalists (CMUJ) in the city this afternoon.
He said the officials, particularly the deputy commissioners and divisional commissioners who were actively involved in the midnight voting in 2018 and who are still holding the chairs over different capacity in public administration also proved that the administration remains under the control of the fascist allies.
“How dare they are giving ultimatum for resignation to the chief of public administration reforms commission?” Hajjaj questioned.
He said a Hindu temple in front of the biggest Kowmi Madrasha, which known as Hathazari Madrasha, is a clear example of communal harmony in Bangladesh.
Boby Hajjaj said entire country was united over the issue of country’s independence and sovereignty except AL and its collaborators.
Party’s central and local leaders including Jabedur Rahman Jony, advocate Saifuddin Khaled, youth leader Adnan Sani, student leader Masud Rana addressed the function with City NDM President Emran Chowdhury in the chair.
