Punak paves way for Ranjan's higher education

DHAKA, Dec 23, 2021 (BSS) - Jissan Mirza, president of Bangladesh Police Women's Welfare Association (Punak), has paved the way for Ranjan's higher education when his admission to Dhaka University become uncertain due to financial crisis after passing the entry test.

   To get admitted to DU, on behalf of Jissan Mirza, Nilphamari District President of Punak Tasmia Jannat, handed over the money (20,000) to Ranjan and his parents at SP office of Nilphamari District this morning.

   "It was quite tough for me to manage 18 thousands taka to get admission to DU. I become worried even after getting chance at DU as I was thinking how I would manage the money", said Ranjan who got chance at the department of Sanskrit.

   "After seeing the report 'Ranjan can't get admission to DU even after getting opportunity', I decided to help the student to get admission to DU," said Jissan Mirza Punak.
