DHAKA, Dec 28, 2021 (BSS) - Weather may remain dry with partly cloudy sky

over the country, having chances of light rain/drizzle at one or two places
over Rangpur and Rajshahi divisions, a met release said today.

   Light to moderate fog may occur over the country from midnight to morning,
said the weather forecast for 24 hours commencing at 9 this morning.

  Night temperature may rise 1-2 degrees Celsius over north-western part and
it may remain nearly unchanged elsewhere over the country, it said.

  Day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.

   Ridge of sub-continental high extends up to West Bengal and adjoining
area. Seasonal low lies over South Bay.

   Country's maximum temperature on Monday was recorded 27.8 degrees Celsius
jointly at Chattogram and Cox's Bazar and minimum temperature today was
recorded 8.4 degrees celisus at Tetulia.

   Today's sunset at 5.20 PM and tomorrow's sunrise at 6.40 AM at Dhaka.
