DHAKA, Jan 12, 2022 (BSS) -Bangladesh has ranked 103rd out of 116 countries
in the strong passport index of Henley Passport Index-2022 jumping five spots
in the list.
According to the latest edition of the Henley Passport Index 2022 Q1,
Bangladesh shares its incumbent position with Kosovo and Libya.
Japan and Singapore secured the top spots in the index while neighboring
Myanmar ranked 97th in it.
According to the Henley Passport Index's website, the Henley Passport Index
is the original, authoritative ranking of all the world's passports according
to the number of destinations their holders can access without a prior visa.
The index is based on exclusive data from the International Air Transport
Association (IATA) - the largest, most accurate travel information database -
and enhanced by Henley and Partners' research team.
