CHATTOGRAM, July 02, 2026 (BSS)- Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examination under Chattogram Education Board (CEB) has began here today peacefully with the examination of Bengali-I paper.

A CEB sources said on the first day a total of 72523 out of 73863 students appeared in the examination being held at 114 centers of 307 colleges.

A total of 31 vigilance teams consisting of teachers and magistrates visited different centers.

CEB controller Professor Dr. Parvez Sajjad Chowdhury told BSS that the first day of the examination was peaceful held. 

The authorities has taken all possible measures to maintain peace in the examinations halls and prevent any unfair means.
