DHAKA, Feb 22, 2022 (BSS) - Ministry of Defence (MoD) has observed the 'Shaheed Dibash' (Martyrs Day) and the International Mother Language Day on February 21 with due respect.

     The programs of the day started at dawn with hoisting of the National Flag at half-mast, an ISPR release said here today.

     A discussion was held at the conference room of the ministry in the morning. Later a special Munajat was offered at Ganabhaban Jame Masjid seeking divine blessings for the language martyrs.

     Officials and staff of all levels of the ministry took part in the programs.
