DHAKA, May 10, 2022 (BSS) - Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader today expressed deep shock at the death of Ehtesham Haider Chowdhury, father of Dhaka Union of Journalists (DUJ) president Sohel Haider Chowdhury.

Quader, also the Awami League General Secretary, prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.

Ehtesham Haider Chowdhury, also the father of Desh Rupantar senior reporter Pavel Haider Chowdhury, died of old-age complications at his residence today. He was 84.
