DHAKA, Aug 24, 2022 (BSS) – The Ministry of Religious Affairs recoded highest performance in Revised Annual Development Programme (RADP) implementation in 2021-22 fiscal (FY22) ending on June 30 last, official sources said here today.

In FY22, the ministry performed highly by spending Tk 2,197.31 crore from the RADP allocation, according to the available data of the ministry, the sources said.

As per the data, the government allocated Tk. 2,236.11 crore in the RADP while the Annual Development Programme (ADP) allocation was Tk. 1,896.02 crore in the FY22.

The government released Tk. 2,217.42 crore, which was 99.16 percent of the total RADP allocation and the expenditure was Tk. 2,197.31 crore which was 98.26 percent of the total allocation.

Meanwhile, the Religious Ministry has completed two projects out of the ongoing 12 projects. The rest of the 10 projects are expected to be completed within the stipulated time.
