DHAKA, July 29, 2021 (BSS) – The government has issued directives for maintaining health rules during observance of National Mourning Day on August 15 to keep everyone safe.
Health Services Division issued the directives through a letter on Wednesday, said an official handout here today.
The directives are:
Entry and exit ways to the programme venues should be separate and specific;
Not more than 15-20 people can enter the places of paying tributes at a time. Individuals will have to enter programme venues in queue with maintaining specific distance (three feet or at least 2 hands) and come out from the venues after paying tributes. If it is possible, the entire pathways could be specified by drawing round marks;
All who will arrive at the rally will have to wear facemasks mandatorily. Availability and use of hand sanitizers should be ensured at the entre points;
None should enter the venues with cough, snivel, fever or asthma;
One will have to cover one’s nose and mouth with tissue, handkerchief or elbow when sneezing or coughing. Sufficient bins having cover should be ensured at the venues for putting used tissues or trashes and there should have facilities to remove wastes urgently;
All directives of local administrations, health department and law enforcement agencies must be followed.
Discussion or Milad Mahfil:
Public gathering should be kept lesser as much as possible. Presence of people should be fixed in accordance with area of venue or room;
All who will join the programme must have to wear facemasks mandatorily and none can be allowed to enter on the premises of programme without facemask.
At the entre point, there should have hand washing facilities with soap and water. If it is not possible, availability and use of hand sanitizers must be ensured;
Seating arrangement should be made keeping specified physical distancing (three feet or at least 2 hands) from one person to other and if required, seating places should be specified.
One will have to cover one’s nose and mouth with tissue, handkerchief or elbow when sneezing or coughing. Issued tissues or trashes should be kept in specified places. There should have facilities to remove wastes urgently.
All directives of local administrations, law enforcement agencies and health department must be followed in proper manner.
