DHAKA, Feb 26, 2025 (BSS) - A court here today ordered to seize total 123 
bank accounts of former Member of Parliament (MP) from Jashore-3 constituency 
Kazi Nabil Ahmed, his late father Kazi Shahed Ahmed, mother Kazi Amina Ahmed, 
brothers Kazi Anis Ahmed and Kazi Enam Ahmed and their associates, over graft 
charges.

Dhaka Metropolitan Senior Special Judge Zakir Hossain Galib passed the order, 
allowing a plea of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC).

Of the accounts, 21 are in the name of Kazi Nabil, 20 in the name of Kazi 
Anis, 10 in the name of Kazi Enam, 25 in the name of Kazi Amina and seven are 
in the name of Kazi Shahed. 

The other 40 bank accounts are in the names of their close associates.

The same court on February 18 imposed a travel ban on Kazi Nabil Ahmed, his 
mother and brothers over graft charges.
