DHAKA, March 05, 2025 (BSS) - On behalf of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman, 'Amra BNP Paribar' (We are BNP family) has stood beside a talented electrician named Julhas Mollah who made an ultra light RC airplane in Manikganj.
As per the directive of Tarique Rahman, A delegation of 'Amra BNP Paribar' met with Julhas Mollah at Shait Ghar Teota village of Shivalaya upazila in Manikganj district today.
During the time, Amra BNP Paribar convener and BNP Media Cell convener Atiqur Rahman Rumon provided financial assistance to Julhas to honor his talent.
BNP will arrange a ticket for any flight within the country for Julhas as he never boarded on a plane, Rumon said.
Convener of 'Amra BNP Paribar' said, "BNP acting chairman has stated that if BNP gets the opportunity to run the state in the future, it will stand by and take appropriate steps to provide government incentives and support to Julhas Mollah so that he can continue his creative works."
Manikganj District BNP President Afroza Khan Rita and BNP leaders Satyen Kant Pandit Bhojan, Rahmat Lablu, Sohel Rana and Mizanur Rahman Liton were present, among others, on the occasion.
The 28-year-old Julhas Rahman Mollah, son of farmer Jalil Mollah, is the fifth of six siblings in the family.
Due to financial crisis, Julhas's education was stopped in 2014 after completing secondary school.
Currently, he works as an electrician in Dhaka and has garnered fame in the country for making an 'ultra light (RC)' plane after his four-year-effort.
