DHAKA, Nov 11, 2023 (BSS)- Bangladesh U-17 women's handball team lost to
their Uzbekistan counterpart by 15-39 goals in the IHF Continental Phase Asia
UZB Handball competition held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

The winners' led the first half by 21-9 goals.

Earlier, Bangladesh qualified to participate in this continental meet for the
second time after defeating Maldives, Nepal and strong India in Bangabandhu
IHF Challenge Trophy Women's (Youth and Junior) held in May this year in
Dhaka.
