DHAKA, Dec 13, 2023 (BSS)- Meghna Kabaddi Club and Bangladesh Police Kabaddi

Club conformed their spot of final of the Runner Victory Day Kabaddi
eliminating their respective rivals in the semifinals held at National
Kabaddi Stadium in the city on Wednesday.

The final will be held tomorrow (Thursday) at the same venue at 4 pm.

Liberation War Affairs Minister AKM Mozammel Haque is expected to present in
the closing ceremony and distribute the prizes.

Runner Group chairman and Bangladesh Kabaddi Federation's (BKF) vice
president Hafizur Rahman Khan and Dhaka Metropolitan Police Commissioner and
BKF's general secretary Habibur Rahman will present as special guests in the
prize distribution ceremony which will be presided by Inspector General of
Police (IGP) and BKF's president Chowdhury Abdullah Al Mamun.

On way to the final, Meghna Kabaddi Team beat Bangladesh Jail by 42-25 points
with two creditable lone in the first semifinal after leading the first half
by 19-9 points while in the second semifinal Bangladesh Police Kabaddi Team
defeated Border Guard Bangladesh by 46-27 points with three creditable lone
after dominating the first half by 28-13 points.
