DHAKA, May 26, 2024 (BSS)- Finals of both the men's and women's Independence 
Day Handball competitions will be held tomorrow (Monday) at Shaheed Captain M 
Mansur Ali National Handball Stadium in the city, said a press release.

On the day, Bangladesh Ansar and VDP take on Bangladesh Police Handball Club 
in the women's section final at 2.30 pm while Border Guard Bangladesh meet 
Bangladesh Ansar and VDP in the men's section final at 4 pm. 
 
Meanwhile, Bangladesh Ansar defeated Bangladesh Police Handball Club by 35-19 
goals, Border Guard Bangladesh outclassed Team Handball Dhaka by 36-13 goals 
and Bangladesh Police Handball Club overpowered Faruk Tomal Sports Academy by 
29-12 goals in the day's men's section matches held today (Sunday).
 
While Bangladesh Police Handball Club beat Viqarunnisa Noon Sports Academy by 
32-20 goals in the day's lone women's section match.
