DHAKA, May 28, 2024 (BSS)- Indonesia recorded their second straight win in
the fourth edition of Bangabandhu Cup International Kabaddi tournament
beating South Korea by 43-32 points with two creditable lonas held at Shaheed
Suhrawardy Indoor Stadium at Mirpur on Tuesday.
The winners led the first half by 18-10 points.
Indonesia's Swastika got the man of the match award for his impressive
performance in the match.
Earlier, Indonesia defeated Poland in their first match of the tournament.
On the other hand, South Korea suffered their second straight defeat in the
tournament after losing the first match against Bangladesh.
Meanwhile, hosts Bangladesh face Indonesia in the important Group "A" match
scheduled to be held tomorrow (Wednesday).
Both the teams are at the top of the points table with two consecutive wins.
