DHAKA, July 8, 2024 (BSS)- Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) and Bangladesh Army won their respective matches of the Senior Services Kabaddi League held at Kabaddi Stadium on Monday.

In the day’s first match, DMP beat Fire Service and Civil Defense by 45-29 points with two creditable lona  after leading the first half by 23-18 points  while  Bangladesh Army edged past Bangladesh Air Force by contesting  38-27 points after dominating the first half by 12-7 points.

A total of eight teams are taking part in the tournament, organised by the Bangladesh Kabaddi Federation.

The participating teams are Bangladesh Navy, Bangladesh Army, Bangladesh Police, Bangladesh Air Force, Border Guard Bangladesh, Fire Service and Civil Defense, Dhaka Metropolitan Police and Bangladesh Ansar and VDP.
