RANGPUR, Dec 13, 2024 (BSS) - On the instructions of BNP Acting Chairman
Tarique Rahman, the Zia Cricket Tournament kicked off at the Collectorate
Cricket Garden ground in Rangpur city today.
 
BNP central organizing secretary (Rangpur division) Principal Asadul Habib
Dulu with national cricketer Meherab Hossain formally inaugurated the
tournament by releasing balloons with a festoon and pigeons in the morning.
 
Presided over by Rangpur Metropolitan BNP convener Shamsuzzaman Samu,
Principal Asadul Habib Dulu attended the inauguration ceremony as the chief
guest.
 
The inaugural match was played between the Red Team and Green Team.
